As a key member of our onboarding process, you will be responsible for reviewing applications, conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections, communicating with delivery professionals, and ordering pre-employment background checks. If you are a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and tech-savvy individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. **Responsibilities** As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include: * Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility * Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided) * Communicating with delivery professionals via text, chat, and email about the status of their applications * Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding status * Collaborating with the onboarding team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of applications **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you will need: * 2+ years of experience in a business environment, preferably in data entry, human resources, receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service * Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required) * Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and ability to work independently * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks * Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications * Reliable internet access and a quiet work environment * Ability to work full-time, including nights and weekends **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service * Experience with company software and systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Work Environment and Culture** As a remote or on-site employee, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
