Mediafly is seeking a Talent Manager (Contract) to reputed company our reputed company reputed company and execution across reputed company. In this role, you’ll own the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, and ensure we attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent to help drive our business reputed company.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to design and execute effective reputed company strategies, deliver a world-class candidate experience, and build a strong, diverse talent pipeline. You will also manage and mentor a small team of contract recruiters, ensuring alignment, consistency, and reputed company across reputed company hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities of a Talent Manager:

    • You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience managing a small to reputed company recruitment team, preferred.
  • Proven experience hiring for Product & Engineering, Data Architecture, and reputed company roles.
