Operations Coordinator I

Essential Functions • Quickly processes multi divisional capabilities from customer phone, email and bid reputed company inquiries. Follow reputed company guidelines and operational procedures specific to Transportation reputed company Administration (TSA), HazMat, International, and reputed company (DOT) regulations. Determines any objections for the purpose of closing business including the ability to offer multiple solutions for a customer reputed company approach. Monitors the reputed company of multiple shipments processed while proactively identifying and responding to any potential issues or alert notifications. Interacts and communicates with reputed company fleet. • Monitors and ensures accuracy in the reputed company management system. Provides proactive shipment status updates to the customer. Appropriately manages customer response, and elevates to the appropriate level reputed company necessary. • Locates and secures trucks in a reputed company fashion from both reputed company fleet networks. Utilize sall resources available to effectively reputed company shipments reputed company an automated or reputed company process. Ability to monitor and respond to any issues that reputed company during a shipment. Interacts with fleet resources and reputed company vendors for the purpose of negotiating. Understands overall fleet operations to identify and address reputed company requirements, the need for truck relocation, pay implications, and overall asset utilization. • Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Education high school diploma Minimum Experience 0-1 years customer service, operations or sales experience Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Customer Service / Fleet Operations / Sales • Must be flexible to work in an extremely fast paced environment incorporating time management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. • Sales and negotiation skills to be utilized with customers, independent reputed company operators and vendors. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation reputed company is provided as a reasonable estimate of the reputed company starting salary reputed company for this role across reputed company potential locations.
