About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interaction Designer to join our team of talented designers, engineers, and product managers. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners to understand user needs and develop innovative solutions
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow charts, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
• Incorporate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates
• Advocate for the prioritization of design-focused changes, refinements, and improvements
• Lead and participate in design projects, from concept to launch, and contribute to the development of our design language and standards

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 6 years of experience in product design or UX, with a portfolio that showcases your work and contributions to various projects
• Experience designing across multiple platforms, including desktop and mobile (Android and iOS), and working with technical and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and UI mockups and prototypes

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates who have:

• A graduate degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• At least 4 years of experience in product design or UX, with a focus on leading design projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• At least 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization, with experience leading design projects and influencing product design strategy
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms like desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)
• Ability to lead and ideate products from scratch and improve features within a user-centered design process
• Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy, with experience working with stakeholders and partners to drive design excellence

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
