The Role
Veeva Link’s vision is to build connected data applications that improve research and patient outcomes. 
As a Team Lead for one of our Data Operations teams, you will lead a remote team of 50+ freelancers who do rule-based web research. You will design business processes and drive process improvements as well as technology improvements. 
You plan and control these business processes and support their execution by removing barriers for your team members. Your primary focus is to improve process efficiency and reduce defects. As a first-line manager and servant leader, you deliver operational metrics associated with your process and results while keeping your team engaged.
To thrive in your role, you are highly motivated to lead and have a “can do” attitude. You are results-oriented, analytical, organized, and socially skilled. You communicate effectively with managers, analysts, and researchers.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong interest in people management, a process-oriented mindset, and an excellent work ethic. What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team with a headcount of 50+
  • Implement impactful quality and efficiency projects
  • Build a dynamic, proactive, and high-performing team
  • Own your team’s KPIs and its performance
  • Collaborate with the engineering teams on process automation 
  • Escalate all risks and incidents early and unambiguously 

Requirements

  • Extensive people leadership experience (5+ years)
  • Proven knowledge in business process design, management and optimization
  • 3+ years working experience
  • Comfortable working remotely in an international environment
