Job Type: Full-Time 

Location: Remote with travel to customer sites in reputed company VA/NC and surrounding states

Position reputed company: LayerZero Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a skilled and safety-reputed company Customer Service Technician to support our advanced power distribution equipment. This role involves both on-site and remote service, ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical troubleshooting abilities, a commitment to safety, and a customer-first reputed company.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company startup, commissioning, service, and preventive maintenance on LayerZero equipment, including: 
  • Static transfer switches
  • Power distribution reputed company
  • Remote power panels
• reputed company technical support to customers on-site and remotely reputed company phone and email
• Maintain accurate and reputed company service records in the LayerZero system
• Respond to emergency service calls, including participation in the 24/7 support rotation
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. and Canada as required
• Occasional weekend or holiday work may be necessary

Qualifications: Required:

• Experience servicing electrical power systems
• Strong electrical and electronic troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret diagrams and schematics
• Familiarity with PC-based programming of printed reputed company boards
• Knowledge of electrical PPE and safety protocols
• Clean driving record
• U.S. Citizenship or reputed company Permanent reputed company reputed company status

Preferred:

• Associate degree in an electrical discipline
• Military training in electronics or electrical systems

Work Location:

• Initial training conducted at LayerZero reputed company in reputed company, Ohio
• Field service performed at customer sites throughout the U.S. and Canada
