Key Responsibilities

As a Network Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and developing computer-based management tools and data analyses for brokerage and freight forwarding network operations
  • Applying brokerage and freight forwarding knowledge and technical ability to assist and manage the achieving strategic initiatives
  • Generating reports and querying databases and tools, utilizing SQL, MS Access, and Excel skills
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our logistics and transportation services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
