You will work closely with key stakeholders, training partners, and subject matter experts to identify and prioritize training needs, design and deliver learning programs, and facilitate knowledge-sharing across the organization. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing training programs that maximize employee performance, engagement, and retention. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Full Stack Operations Manager - Training and Quality, your key responsibilities will include: * Working with stakeholders, training partners, and subject matter experts to determine training needs for the Product Management organization * Designing and delivering learning programs, including new hire onboarding, interviewing and hiring training, and performance calibration training for new managers * Facilitating learning programs across a variety of environments and adjusting facilitation style for various types of audiences from new hires to managers * Partnering with Product Management team leaders to analyze the health of their business and determine where training efforts should be directed * Administering and maintaining training modules in the Learning Management System (Absorb) and ensuring all content is up to date * Executing knowledge-checks and role-plays to validate learning * Administering post-training surveys to evaluate training effectiveness and sharing reports with stakeholders * Collaborating with others across Airbnb, partner teams, and leaders to develop, maintain, and continuously improve learning programs for Product Management * Supporting as needed across training-related projects for Product Management **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 7+ years of experience in learning and development, curriculum design, content development, and facilitation * Ability to work independently and be self-directed in a rapidly scaling and changing organization * Demonstrated ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise way * Strong consulting and relationship-building skills * Insatiable curiosity, strong learning agility, and flexibility * Experience with one-to-one and one-to-many coaching skills * User experience with Mac and Google products and operating systems * Experience working with Absorb (or similar LMS) and eLearning tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) * A deep personal belief and commitment to diversity and belonging at work * An upbeat, positive, and professional attitude * Passion for learning and Airbnb's mission **Belonging & Accommodations** Airbnb is committed to working with the best and brightest people from the broadest talent pool possible.
