As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Trade Platform team, you'll play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering exceptional client and partner experiences through our trade frameworks.About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our Trade Platform team in Redmond, USA. As a part-time remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from home and contribute to the development of our trade platform. In this role, you'll work closely with our business groups to assist our internal partners in selling products and services, and our clients in acquiring them in a safe, frictionless way.Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Software Engineer on our Trade Platform team, your key responsibilities will include:- Designing, developing, and deploying large-scale distributed software services and solutions
- Staying up-to-date with current software development practices through code reviews and adherence to coding standards
- Advancing thoroughly tested code with a focus on quality, performance, readability, maintainability, scalability, and efficiency
- Maintaining an up-to-date stage and focusing on client needs through a data-driven approach
- Effectively collaborating with clients to assist them in resolving issues
- Experience in e-commerce anti-fraud is a plus
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A bachelor's degree in software engineering or a related technical field AND 2+ years of technical design experience in coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#
- Or equivalent experience
- 1+ year of experience in or exposure to Agile and iterative improvement processes
- 1+ year of experience with cloud computing
Preferred QualificationsPreferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:- Experience in architecting and delivering distributed cloud services (Microsoft Azure stack is a plus, but not necessary)
- Experience in DevOps to maintain live services and application systems
- Passion for building highly scalable, highly available services
- Experience with critical thinking and problem-solving
