Independent Contractor (1099) — Healthcare Recruiter / Sourcer (Remote)
Rinvio is expanding our healthcare recruiting network. This is a commission-only 1099 contractor role for experienced sourcers/recruiters or well-connected healthcare pros who can refer candidates into our open roles. You choose which reqs to work, run your own outreach, and get paid per hire.
What you’ll do
• Source and refer qualified candidates for allied/radiology/imaging/nursing roles
• Run your own outreach (LinkedIn, referrals, job boards) and basic pre-screens
• Submit candidates via our portal and coordinate next steps with our team

What you bring
• Healthcare recruiting/sourcing experience OR a strong healthcare network
• Comfortable prospecting on LinkedIn/referrals; organized and responsive
• Independent contractor mindset (set your own hours; use your own tools)
Compensation (1099)
• $1,500 per successful hire
• Paid after start and client guarantee window (typically 14 days)
• Unlimited upside; paid on every hire you help land
