Remote Customer Care Advocate

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Remote Customer Care Advocate to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat. Your mission is to ensure every customer interaction is positive, clear, and solution-focused.
