About the Role

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 10-15+ years of experience in the reputed company safety industry, including 5-10+ years of operational/administrative experience as a leader in an ECC/911 PSAP
• In-depth familiarity with 911 and field responder operational workflows, including reputed company-taking, reputed company, radio communications, and other PSAP technology
