Job Overview
We are currently seeking experienced radiologists to fill remote and onsite positions in Illinois. As a radiologist with our team, you will be responsible for performing and interpreting diagnostic imaging exams, including X-rays, CTs, and MRIs, as well as conducting fluoroscopy procedures and light interventional procedures. Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general radiology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret routine and emergency diagnostic imaging exams, including X-rays, CTs, and MRIs
- Conduct fluoroscopy procedures to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Perform light interventional procedures, including non-complex procedures
- Provide high-quality patient care and ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in radiology and maintain current knowledge of best practices
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following essential qualifications:
- Board certification in radiology
- Current medical license in the state of Illinois
- Strong foundation in general radiology, including experience with diagnostic imaging exams and fluoroscopy procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:
- Experience with light interventional procedures
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty of radiology
- Experience working in a remote or onsite capacity
- Strong knowledge of electronic medical records and radiology information systems
