We're seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional IT solutions. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Remote IT Engineer at Generation IX, you'll play a critical role in managing complex projects from initiation to completion. You'll work remotely, leveraging your expertise in cloud computing, networking, and security to drive success. Your responsibilities will include: * Implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions * Providing support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Sharepoint/OneDrive, and Teams * Troubleshooting Office 365 Advance Threat Protection issues * Managing SSO and MFA solutions (Azure MFA, Duo) * Knowledge of email retention and litigation hold processes * Backup, Restore, Recovery, and high availability strategies for Microsoft Azure environments * Strong knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services * Windows Server and SQL database creation, configuration, upgrade, migration, and patching * Troubleshooting Azure environment performance issues, connectivity issues, security issues, etc. * Identifying and troubleshooting Azure server and SQL database-related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space, and other resources * Working with a complex Active Directory, Azure AD, LDAP, and strictly following standards, procedures, and processes * Advanced knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Kerberos, and Windows Authentication * Knowledge of network protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, SSH, SFTP * Knowledge of Network and TCP/IP routing/subnetting * Knowledge of Windows operating systems * Managing enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune * Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory including managing/maintaining GPOs **Essential Qualifications** * Associate's degree and industry certifications preferred * 3 years of Microsoft Azure AD, Windows/Office 365, and Microsoft Intune experience * 2 years of Sharepoint Online experience * Strong PowerShell skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Strong communication skills * Willingness to learn and be mentored by other engineers **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of tools like Connectwise Automate or Autotask, monitoring software, endpoint management, etc. * Experience with Azure AD, Active Directory including managing/maintaining GPOs **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills in cloud computing, networking, and security * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and in a team environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At Generation IX, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
