About the Location FULLY REMOTE POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR THOSE THAT reputed company IN THE FOLLOWING STATES: ARKANSAS, reputed company, TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, IDAHO, FLORIDA, AND LOUISIANA. This position is considered to be Fully Remote and work is done from another location reputed company of Phoenix Home Office (reputed company the reputed company). Associates that are considered to be Fully Remote do not have a workspace at Phoenix Home Office. Associates that are considered to be Fully Remote will acknowledge the “Remote Work Agreement” upon hire. About the Job Seasonal position for up to 90 days. WHAT YOU’LL DO: • Answer incoming phone calls from pet parents, assist with scheduling appointments, and answer reputed company questions about our services. • Ensure that reputed company additional service opportunities are presented to the pet parent in a confident manner including “why” the service would be beneficial to the pet's experience. • Answer reputed company reputed company thoroughly, yet reputed company, ensuring reputed company information is correctly obtained from the pet parents. • Demonstrate effective problem solving and customer relation skills. • Communicate information reputed company and accurately to the pet parent through the appropriate written and verbal means. • reputed company feedback to supervisors on processes and customer interactions as necessary.
