Strategic Relationship Management

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing carriers, agents, and new prospects to create a robust, diversified network.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for carrier inquiries, ensuring rapid resolution of issues and fostering loyalty.

Contract Negotiation & Sales Execution

  • Identify, qualify, and close new freight brokerage opportunities that align with company revenue targets.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate rates, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) that balance profitability with customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage data‑driven insights to propose value‑added solutions, such as backhaul optimization and lane consolidation.

Logistics Coordination & Operational Support

  • Collaborate with internal operations teams to orchestrate the end‑to‑end movement of goods, ensuring on‑time pickup and delivery.
  • Monitor shipments in real‑time, proactively addressing delays, exceptions, or capacity constraints.
  • Utilize the company’s transportation management system (TMS) to capture accurate documentation and maintain compliance.

Customer Service Excellence

  • Maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS) by consistently exceeding client expectations.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in freight brokerage, transportation sales, or a closely related logistics discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets, with a track record of closing high‑value contracts.
  • At least 10 years of overall logistics industry exposure, giving you a deep understanding of carrier operations, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
