Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role. • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations. • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability: Ability to build and maintain positive employee relations, with outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
