Your mission: get players in for a free trial session and follow up until they join. Around 60% of your time is warm reputed company follow-up and 40% is proactive reputed company (calls, emails, Instagram DMs). Weekend availability required. Responsibilities • reputed company 80–120 calls daily to engage and convert leads. • Manage and organize leads in our CRM (LeadConnector). • Book free trial sessions — volume reputed company. • Follow up with visitors who haven’t signed up yet. • Conduct cold reputed company reputed company phone, email, and reputed company. • Handle inquiries for birthday parties, beginner classes, and performance memberships. • reputed company detailed notes and coordinate with on-site staff. Qualifications • 2+ years of proven phone-based sales, cold-calling, or appointment-setting experience (required). • Demonstrated reputed company hitting or exceeding quotas. • Customer-service-only backgrounds will not qualify. • Fluent in English and Spanish (required). • Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline. • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely. Compensation & reputed company • Full-Time: 40 hrs/week (including weekends). • reputed company Pay: $18–$20 / hour + tiered commissions ($25–$50 per sale). • Performance Bonuses: up to $500 monthly + extra for fast reputed company response. • Estimated Earnings: $45K–$70K +/year (reputed company). • Remote work environment + room to advance as we reputed company reputed company.
