Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in maintaining a clean, well-stocked store, including helping with the unloading of merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor.
- Independently stock shelves and recover merchandise in the store, ensuring that all products are easily accessible to customers and that the store maintains a tidy and organized appearance.
- Accurately handle customer funds and process transactions using the POS system, providing a seamless and efficient checkout experience for all customers.
- Remain constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Perform all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances.
Position Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: Prefer completion of high school or equivalent. You should also have the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned.
- Experience: Prefer experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments. If you have a background in customer service or sales, you will be well-equipped to excel in this position.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs. (and occasionally, up to 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height. You must also be able to meet the demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work a variety of shifts to ensure that our stores are always staffed with friendly and knowledgeable team members.
