Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering data from images into our data capture system with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilizing basic knowledge of computer software or systems to input appropriate data in the prescribed format.
  • Cross-referencing data to ensure accuracy and completeness, scanning and editing for errors during entry.
  • Posting payments, preparing deposits, processing NSF and credit card transactions, and performing daily activity balancing.
  • Maintaining incoming and outgoing mail and entering new business information as time permits.
  • Receiving requests for technical assistance from customers and opening requests in our ticketing system for the Help Desk technicians to review.
  • Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome from the Help Desk and emailing responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • No prior experience is required, but previous I.T. Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service experience for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable.

  • Basic knowledge of computer software or systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
