You will work collaboratively with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your responsibilities will encompass:</p><ul><li>Utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation.</li><li>Providing care across the continuum, including preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.</li><li>Ensuring comprehensive patient assessment and education.</li><li>Participating in the planning and coordination of care, along with various nursing interventions.</li></ul><p>Adhere to the scope and standards of nursing practice as defined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules of the state where you are licensed.
