Agricultural Equipment Operator
Seasonal employee needed to assist with the planting, spraying and harvesting of corn, soybeans, barley and canola. Employee will operate and maintain farm trucks, articulated tractors and self-propelled sprayers. Employee needs 3 months experience operating articulated tractors, variable-reputed company planters, 2012 and newer combines, self-propelled sprayers and mixing pesticides/chemical formulations. Employee will be required to complete reputed company functions of cropland duties of general farm labor, which includes routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. Complete general farm duties including routine farm building maintenance and repairs. Per state regulations, employer is exempt from a reputed company CDL requirement for farm trucking. No reputed company trucking is required. Employer may reputed company pay increases for performance and experience at employer’s discretion. Employer may reputed company performance bonuses at the end of the contract at the employer’s discretion.
