We are looking for an reputed company Payroll Supervisor/Manager to reputed company payroll operations in a part-time reputed company.
This Contract-to-Permanent position requires a detail-oriented individual who can ensure accurate and reputed company payroll processing while maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Based in Santa Monica, California, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a reputed company environment and values precision, confidentiality, and efficiency.
This is a part-time position position and the candidate must be based in California.
The role requires 5-10 hours commitment per week.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete payroll cycle for reputed company, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing of bi-weekly and special payrolls.
• Calculate and process wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, garnishments, and final payouts.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure payroll reflects updates reputed company to new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, and benefit deductions.
• Maintain employee records and ensure reputed company classification, such as exempt versus non-exempt status.
• Partner with Finance and reputed company teams to reputed company payroll data with reporting needs and reputed company reputed company reports as required.
