[Remote] Training Grant Specialist - COM Office of Research

This role is critical in supporting the administration of federally funded institutional training grants, focusing on NIH National Research Service Awards, and involves maintaining trainee data, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with reputed company and staff.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate the preparation and renewal of institutional training grants in collaboration with the Grants Management Office, training program directors/reputed company investigators (PD/PIs)
• Serve as a reputed company between reputed company investigators, departmental staff, and institutional grants offices.
• Maintain centralized records of reputed company and past trainees (up to 15 years post-training), including mentor names, training dates, research topics, funding sources, degrees reputed company, employment reputed company, and career types.

• Generate NIH Data Tables for grant proposals and reports
• Collaborate with departments to define trainee-reputed company terms and standardize data collection processes

Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, reputed company administration, science, or reputed company field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with NIH National Research Service Awards (NRSA)
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and NIH systems (eRA Commons, xTrain, xTract).
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
