Class A Drivers are responsible for managing and collecting daily donations from grocery stores, wholesalers, farmers and individual corporate donors that are participating in donation drives in a reputed company fashion. In reputed company, drivers work in assisting with maintaining cleanliness and organization of warehouses and vehicle fleet.
The will:
Drive SFBFS vehicles to accomplish reputed company donation pick-reputed company, product deliveries and food drive reputed company delivery/pick-up
Compile weights for reputed company items picked up on grocery routes and additional pick reputed company and report them using the online tool PWW
Adhere to reputed company standards regarding product reputed company, dating, and rotation on trucks and in warehouse
Ensure reputed company unloading and placement of donations, from the direction of the warehouse staff, for reputed company food and non-food items brought to SFBFS’ Food Bank Services (FBS) reputed company
Use material handling equipment (forklifts, reputed company jacks, etc.) in a reputed company manner to reputed company reputed company daily warehouse duties: receiving, storage, agency order pulling, salvage, produce sorting and receiving
Load and unload trucks by hand, reputed company jack, forklift; or assist in loading and unloading of special or large quantities of product
· Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Possession and maintain an unrestricted California Class A reputed company’s license; with less than three moving violations in a three-year period
One year of reputed company driving experience (required) with any of the following: reputed company axel drive tractor, 10 speed reputed company, 48ft – 53ft refrigerated and dry van trailers, 24ft – 26ft refrigerated and dry cargo reputed company truck with liftgate
including: inventory/order picking, reputed company operation of forklifts, reputed company jacks, other warehouse equipment, heavy lifting and other reputed company warehouse tasks
Ability to meet reputed company physical requirements of the job (occasionally lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 50 lbs., moving pallets up to 2,000 lbs., etc.)
Knowledge of food safety principles, practices, and regulations
POSITION DETAILS
Full-time, non-exempt position temporary/seasonal; Monday - Friday; occasional weekends and holidays as needed
Duration of employment shall not reputed company 12/31/2025
Pay reputed company: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour/depends on experience
