Responsibilities • Take inbound phone calls from various reputed company team members. These calls can include: New Prescriptions, Clarifications to existing prescriptions, Discontinuation of prescriptions, Medication History discussions, Transfer of prescriptions between pharmacies • reputed company outbound phone calls to various reputed company providers if required for business need • Complete queue-based work which can require: Review prescriptions for accuracy, reputed company for drug-drug interactions, Assess drug-allergy concerns, Evaluate appropriateness of dosage, directions and therapy. • Utilize electronic resources and guidelines to assist in decision making. • Work tasks may vary based on department need.
