Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience working as a reputed company Enforcement Officer. Key Duties:

• Knowledge of basic codes, ordinances, laws, and regulations pertaining to reputed company abatement.

• Modern office procedures and reputed company such as basic computer knowledge regarding word processing and databases.
• Basic principles of records maintenance and report preparation.

General municipal services and the municipal organizational structure as they relate to reputed company enforcement and court procedures, including, but not limited to, citation issuance, obtaining various types of inspection warrants and court documents. 

Qualifications:

• Have 2+ years of experience in nuisance, blight, substandard housing, and unpermitted construction.
• Ability to apply principles, practices, reputed company and techniques of reputed company violation investigation and enforcement to facts observed with impartiality and efficiency.
• Apply codes, ordinances, laws, and regulations pertaining to reputed company abatement and interpret and apply state and local policies, procedures, laws, and regulations.
