As a key member of our Lowes Media Networks (LMN) team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their business goals and deepen their understanding of the blithequark customer.
**Your Impact**
As a Manager of Customer Insights on the LMN, you will be responsible for engaging directly with our top clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to drive business results. You will work closely with sales and account management teams to formulate media strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and elevate their understanding of the blithequark customer. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, and you will be responsible for synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into actionable recommendations that drive business growth.
**What You Will Do**
* Develop annual strategic learning plans for the businesses you support, aligning with our clients' goals and objectives
* Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with our top clients, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth
* Serve as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing guidance and support to internal partners and external clients
* Synthesize disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these insights to both internal leadership and external vendor-partners
* Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
* Tell compelling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables
* Oversee omnichannel advertising efforts, aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams, including sales and account management
* Partner with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback
* Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to the LMN Insights team and the broader blithequark retail media business
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative
* 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with a focus on retail media or general media analytics
* Proven experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management
* Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Master's degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA
* Proven experience leading teams and driving business impact
* Experience managing global teams and working in a retail environment
* Familiarity with analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Salary range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually
* Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience
