As a Customer Service Representative on our London Heathrow team, you'll play a critical role in delivering a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers. You'll work closely with our team leaders to ensure that every interaction with our customers is positive, efficient, and memorable. With a focus on flexibility and adaptability, you'll be expected to work across multiple functions, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint
* Perform a range of airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing
* Work closely with team leaders to ensure seamless operations and efficient customer service
* Conduct administrative tasks, such as Atac, preflight, and post-flight departure
* Adhere to uniform standards and adopt a customer-centric approach at all times
* Promote and sell blithequark services and products to our customers
* Attend and complete all required training by designated deadlines
* Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
* Perform other reasonable duties as required by the role

* Compliant with all blithequark policies and procedures
* Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms
* Possession of a valid BAA airside pass
* GSAT trained
* Willingness and ability to complete all relevant training and education
* Possession of a valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as required
* Willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as required
**Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience**
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication
