In this fully remote position, you will serve as a vital point of contact for customers seeking assistance with IBM products and services, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing product information, documenting customer interactions in our CRM system, and escalating complex cases to appropriate specialized teams when necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment.
