Associate Proposals Analyst-6months term - Pearson - USA - work from home job Company: Pearson Job description: Role Description and Responsibilities As part of the proposals team, the Associate Proposal Analyst will work closely with Sales and Contract Management (S&CM), Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Solution Team members, and other key staff to develop and deliver high-quality, compelling proposals in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The Associate Proposal Analyst will contribute throughout the entire proposal process, from proposal pre-work to proposal creation and delivery to limited post-submission support. Pre-Work Responsibilities Review previous RFPs and submitted proposal responses When possible, gather and update cameos and resumes for anticipated staffing Proposal Development Responsibilities Review RFP in detail and identify mandatory business requirements Help create text shells Manage compilation of staffing/resumes/cameos for each bid Create and/or compile proposal appendices, including cameos and resumes Accurately incorporate edits from reviewers Proofread and edit text as needed Help Proposal Analysts produce compelling, error-free, and compliant final proposals Production Responsibilities (if applicable) Work with the Sr. Proposal Analysts and Proposal Coordinator to confirm files are ready for printing and/or electronic submission Support the Proposal Coordinator with production activities: preparing binders, tabs, and covers; printing; stuffing binders; organizing packing and shipping activities; ensuring shipment and delivery Other Responsibilities Help maintain content database and content management tool Provide any needed support for Proposal Analysts Qualifications BA or BS, preferably in English, Journalism, or similar degree Experience in education or assessment industry preferred Moderate proficiency with Microsoft 0365 Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Highly organized and detail oriented Able to work independently while remaining attentive and responsive to the team Excellent writing and editing skills Exceptional planning and time management skills Assertive yet diplomatic communication style At Pearson, we value the power of inclusive culture.
