Collects, validates and submits reliable clinical data to the Data Registries while analyzing the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement. Job Details Responsibilities: • Identifies patients for inclusion in Data Registries through the application of strict inclusion/exclusion reputed company and protocols. • Collects and validates data for the program using the applicable reputed company and definitions established by the registry. • Establishes and maintains adequate work reputed company for data collection. • Ensures the accurate and reputed company submission of data into the program's website and assuring the reputed company of completed data according to the program's targets and deadlines. • Analyzes the data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement. • Collaborates with clinical departments/reputed company on performance improvement initiatives. • Other duties as assigned.
