Key Responsibilities

• Apply expertise and customer needs analysis to create effective solutions that meet business requirements
• Analyze and mitigate risks associated with equipment and projects
• Utilize advanced expertise in data cleaning techniques and tools, such as Alteryx, and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
• Apply advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools to create and maintain sophisticated solutions for reporting training data
• Support escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gather and interpret requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
• Partner with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements that inform business decisions and drive growth
• Identify strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understand and estimate the effort and cost of a solution
• Collaborate with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share knowledge of tools and techniques
• Perform other job duties as directed by employee's leaders

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Advanced level experience with extensive expertise in acquiring data using various tools, such as SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets
• Visualization and presentation experience
• Ability to apply advanced software to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems, systematically analyze and weigh options, and recommend solutions
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental goals and objectives
• Self-starter with minimal supervision required to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of company policies and expectations of blithequark culture
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently with a strong customer service focus
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)
