If you have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, this position might be an ideal fit for you. **What You Will Do** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Completing statistical access and balancing features * Coordinating return objects with contributors, door vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions * Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and associated Accounting standard ledger balancing * Working member cases/assignments * Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws * Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams * Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products * Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns * Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching * Completing daily balancing and department closing * Obtaining information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget switch requests * Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch facts * Communicating with the vendor to process budget transfers * Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws * Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers * Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and penal fees **All You Will Need for Success** To excel in this role, you will need: * A high school degree or GED * Intermediate Excel and Word experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer/member service, banking or Credit Union experience, Episys/Symitar, and processing wires will be highly valued. **Skills, Licenses & Certifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software * Ability to work prolonged hours in aid of business needs * Ability to exercise excellent customer service skills * Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple responsibilities, and function as an integral part of a team * Ability to perform mathematical calculations and examine data * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits under high volume pressure * Ability to cross-train and perform any position assigned within the department * Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors * Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision * Ability to self-motivate with robust employer skills and capacity for interest to detail * Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet time limits * Ability to maintain excellent performance and attendance * Must pass relevant blithequark and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
