In this role, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date information, provide support to various departments, and ensure the smooth flow of data within the organization.
Responsibilities
• Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets
• Perform regular data quality checks and audits
• Provide administrative support to teams as needed
• Assist in generating reports and analyzing data
• Respond to data inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Skills
• Proven experience in data entry or related role
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus
