Mental Health Program Supervisor - Hybrid Remote

TITLE: Program Supervisor - Wraparound (reporting to Program Manager)
FLSA: Exempt
SALARY & BENEFITS: $78,000-$82,381

HYBRID REMOTE - MUST BE IN CALIFORNIA
You'll get to work in all kinds of settings - office (1200 Wilshire Blvd and Lynwood offices), home (about 2-3 days per week), and in the community. The Wrap team is committed to traveling into SPA 4 and 6 to meet clients where they are most comfortable, providing transportation if needed.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
With the Program Manager, you are going to ensure the daily operations of the Wraparound program are being followed, building connections with other department leaders and community partners!
• Hiring, interviewing and supporting new hires
• Providing day-to-day support for the Wrap team
• Partnering with the Clinical Training Manager to address training needs and opportunities
• Collaborating with the Program Manager to meet contractual and budgetary obligations
• Nurturing positive partnerships with DMH contacts and community partners
• Carrying a small caseload, modeling trauma-informed care, work quality, and accountability to the team
• Participating in the on-call rotation as scheduled, traveling into the community, providing transportation to clients if needed.

Minimum Qualifications
• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field required.
• Active ACSW/AMFT/APCC in good standing and working towards completion of hours. Ideal candidates will have about half or more of their clinical hours completed.
• Must be in good standing with the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• CA Driver License required and the ability to travel into the community and support transportation of clients if needed.
• Spanish Speaking highly preferred.
