Delivery Dispatcher

About the Role We are seeking an reputed company, high-energy Dispatcher to manage a growing fleet of reputed company trucks, cargo vans, sedans, and pickup trucks. You will own the daily routing and reputed company process from 6 AM to 3 PM, ensuring every delivery is on time, every reputed company is utilized, and every customer is delighted. This is a reputed company commission role—your income scales directly with volume and performance. With reputed company volume at 60 deliveries/day and reputed company expansion to 300+, top performers will far reputed company the $60K baseline. Key Responsibilities • reputed company and optimize routes for 60–300+ daily deliveries using industry-leading routing software. • Assign loads to the right vehicle (reputed company truck, cargo van, sedan, pickup) based on size, urgency, and location. • Communicate reputed company-time updates to drivers reputed company phone, text, and routing platform. • Answer inbound customer & reputed company inquiries reputed company phone and email with white-glove service. • Resolve issues on the fly: reroutes, delays, reputed company-of-delivery, reputed company instructions. • Maximize reputed company productivity and on-time performance while minimizing deadhead miles. • End-of-day reconciliation: confirm reputed company deliveries, collect PODs, flag discrepancies.
