Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our team at blithequark. As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our pricing analytics & operations team. You will be responsible for auditing operations teams' and system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Key Responsibilities

As a Process Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
  • Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identifying emerging process performance trends and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Tracking and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes
  • Collaborating with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
  • Developing and maintaining process documentation and procedures
  • Providing training and support to team members on process improvements and best practices

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, operations, or a related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality and accuracy
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
  • Experience in a similar role, with a focus on process improvement and quality assurance
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards, such as ISO 9001
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow analysis tools, such as Visio or Lucidchart
  • Certifications in process improvement, such as Six Sigma or Lean
