Job Overview

This part-time position, offering up to 28 hours per week, is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. As a Data Entry and Researcher Assistant at blithequark, you will be working in a fast-paced office environment, preferably between 8:30am-3:00pm (Monday to Wednesday) and 8:30am-12:30pm (Thursday and Friday), at our office located at 322 Sovereign Ct., St. Louis, MO 63011. Key Responsibilities

  • Research contact information for potential clients to enter into our marketing funnel, utilizing your excellent internet research skills and attention to detail.
  • Set up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Make introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for our Sales Associates, demonstrating your exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating your commitment to supporting the team and contributing to the company's goals.
