Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement annual strategic learning plans for businesses supported by blithequark's Retail Media Network
  • Lead Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive business growth
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for media performance reporting, synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to internal leadership and external vendor-partners, leveraging your expertise in storytelling with data to drive business outcomes
  • Oversee the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including sales, account management, product, and ad tech, to provide input on reporting capabilities and drive business growth
  • Integrate knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to blithequark's Retail Media Network and the broader retail media business

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in insights and analytics
  • 3-5 years of experience in retail media or general media analytics, with a proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing media investments
  • Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimental design, with a strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar technologies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, or MBA, with a focus on data-driven insights and business analytics

  • Experience working in a retail environment, with a strong understanding of the retail media landscape and the challenges and opportunities that come with it
  • Working knowledge of analytic/research software, such as SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, or similar tools

Compensation and Benefits
