About the role:

We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and creative Director of Performance Marketing to reputed company reputed company’s global reputed company media programs across search, reputed company reputed company, and account-based advertising (ABM). • Implement experimentation frameworks for creative testing, bidding, and audience segmentation to maximize performance.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with at least 5 years in people management.

We do this through our reputed company salary + bonus/variable + restricted stock unit awards (RSUs) for eligible roles. For eligible roles, a new hire RSU award may be awarded at the time of hire, and additional RSU refresh grants may be awarded annually.

We pay for performance, and top performers in eligible roles may receive above-market equity refresh awards which allow employees to reputed company higher market.
