Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services

- Register sales on assigned cash register, provide customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items
- Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records
- Implement blithequark asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
- Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
- Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise
- Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
- Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products
- Assume web pick-up responsibilities, monitor orders, fill orders, and deliver orders to customers
- Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities. Additionally, you should have:
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
