**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team in New York, USA. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions and drive growth. You will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and collaborate with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee integrity of our subscriber data.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage data and document requirements related to subscriber informing drives (including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required)
* Develop queries based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise subscribers for informing and remediation
* Communicate business requirements to technical teams and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners
* Develop a solid understanding of subscriber data and the technical framework that underlies subscriber information
* Manage project planning and timelines and ensure cross-functional delivery to guarantee readiness for significant business events
* Drive alignment across Data, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks
* Collaborate with Data Product and Data Quality Engineering to contribute to the design of robust reporting solutions that minimize data occurrences
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline
* 2+ years of analytical experience
* Proven ability to communicate technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences
* Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
* Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
* Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., hypothesis testing, regression analysis)
* Postgraduate education
* Knowledge of Wind current
