Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of e-Service Chat Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, contractors, and business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers, contractors, and business partners via various communication channels, ensuring that all interactions are professional, courteous, and in line with our company policies and procedures.
  • Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring that they understand the terms and conditions of our home service plans.
  • Follow up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
