Key Responsibilities

The ROI Data Entry Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Utilizing electronic data systems to process information accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring the timely completion of client requests to prevent backlogs and maintain high productivity standards.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and client representatives to resolve issues and address concerns in a professional manner.
  • Making informed decisions about the specific components of medical records to be released, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and facility guidelines.
  • Reviewing and applying HIPAA regulations to ensure that all aspects of medical records management comply with privacy statutes.
  • Determining which records are to be released by carefully reviewing requestor information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Completing release of information requests with complete accuracy, performing quality checks to ensure the highest level of precision.
  • Retrieving patients' medical charts and pulling medical records accurately according to requests, ensuring that all information is handled with care and confidentiality.
  • Electronically transmitting medical records to processing operations, maintaining a record of all transmissions for auditing purposes.
  • Working within the scope of the position and direction, accepting additional tasks as needed to support the team and contribute to the success of blithequark.
  • Recording hours utilizing proper class codes and activity codes in the electronic time-keeping system, ensuring accurate tracking of work hours and productivity.

Essential Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.
  • Proficient computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
