Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities

  • Support the audit process by gathering and reviewing necessary documents and ensuring accurate reporting to maintain compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of renewal documents, ensuring timely and accurate processing of renewals to prevent lapses in coverage and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain accurate invoicing and billing records for clients, addressing any discrepancies that may arise and ensuring transparency in all financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery for commercial clients, fostering a culture of teamwork and cooperation.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance, as well as strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, policies, and procedures. You should also have experience in claims assistance, audits, renewals, and invoicing, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities are also essential, as well as proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
