About the Role

As an Experienced Identity and Access Management Developer at blithequark, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our security and governance posture. You will work with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape. Your primary focus will be on designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ
• Implement SailPoint solutions with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge
• Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements
• Utilize WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding
• Collaborate with international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable, nimble shape
• Troubleshoot and manage IAM solutions in an enterprise environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong foundation in identity and access management, as well as experience with SailPoint implementation. You should have a solid understanding of IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge. Additionally, you should have experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server.

Technical Requirements

• Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation
• Experience with trade deployment/release management experience
• Strong knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules
• Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area. Alternatively, 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company is also acceptable.
