**Key Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Consumer Relations Specialist – Remote Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for:
* Resolving escalated customer service issues in a timely and professional manner
* Creating an outstanding quality service experience for the blithequark consumer
* Advocating for customers with multiple internal departments to ensure satisfactory resolutions
* Finding creative solutions that meet the needs of customers and blithequark when negotiating and implementing concessions
* Interacting and coordinating with all necessary stakeholders to successfully resolve consumer issues
* Meeting work schedule demands and obligations with compliance, integrity, and according to values, processes, and policies
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* A minimum of 1-year Call-Center experience
* A minimum of 2-years Escalated Customer Service experience
* The ability to communicate effectively in English
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Moderate to advanced computer skills, including navigating multiple online applications
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multi-task
* The ability to handle high-volume calls while simultaneously handling multiple online applications
* Previous experience working from home (preferred)
* A passion for helping customers and problem-solving
* Flexibility, with the ability to take direction from management while working independently to achieve goals
* Active listening skills and the ability to ask questions
* Conflict resolution skills, negotiation skills, and time management skills
* Flexibility, with the ability to adapt to change
* Critical thinking skills
* A desire to work in a team environment towards common goals
* The ability to remain calm and show empathy while handling challenging customer concerns
