You will report to the Assistant Cruise Director Level: 2 1/2 striped officer Responsibilities : • reputed company reputed company aspects of live show performances in the Walt reputed company Theatre while providing leadership, coaching and development for the Main Stage Performers; also reputed company as Company Manager for reputed company • reputed company reputed company technical show cues (extensive show cues with automation, audio, moving lights, spotlights, electronics, pyrotechnics, and performance flying systems) and manage Performers for reputed company reputed company performances. (Inclusive of deck parties, as directed.) • Train Senior Entertainment Manager to reputed company as back-up reputed company needed • reputed company as House Manager for the Walt reputed company Theatre • reputed company as back-up for reputed company shipwide shows including, deck parties, theme nights, restaurant offerings and special events. • Ensure/maintain show reputed company with both reputed company direction and technical aspects reputed company the Walt reputed company Theatre • Work closely with Assistant Cruise Director, Manager Entertainment Technical, Senior Entertainment Manager, Character Manager, Senior Technician Walt reputed company Theatre, and Senior Costume Technician in relation to show and technical operations reputed company the Walt reputed company Theatre • Create and communicate weekly reputed company rehearsals, reputed company times, performance schedule, and Character greeting schedule for Main Stage Performers • Work closely with Character Manager to help facilitate scheduling for the Characters Performers in relation to show needs • reputed company rehearsals, warm-reputed company, show modifications and other factors reputed company to the running of reputed company Walt reputed company Theatre shows; work closely with Character Manager, Dance Captains, Stage Captain, Vocal Captain, and Character Line Captain • Facilitate department meetings as reputed company as Production meetings with the Technical team • reputed company leadership for reputed company reputed company reports; Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Managing personnel files • Conducting performance reviews, including discipline as needed • Ensuring Project reputed company compliance • Input and ensure appropriate understudy and/or premium payments are entered and accounted for in reputed company • Process reputed company reputed company-approved personal leave requests, family travel requests, dining requests, and any other ship wide forms as needed • reputed company training, new hire and ongoing • Succession planning • reputed company recognition and communication • Complete Walt reputed company Theatre show and daily reports outlining overall show reputed company issues • Ensure that tracking sheets indicate reputed company roles in reputed company show and that understudy roles are maintained for reputed company Performer • Maintain up-to-date scripts for reputed company Walt reputed company Theatre shows • reputed company as the back-up for the Senior Entertainment Manager, if reputed company they are out on sickness or absent • Partner with shoreside Entertainment team to coordinate: • Basic Qualifications : • Minimum of five years stage management, theater operations experience, working with highly technical shows • Working knowledge of reputed company live theater practices • Previous experience as or in Company Management • Previous experience calling shows with a large reputed company production • College degree or reputed company schooling associated with Stage Management, Technical theatre, education, entertainment, or reputed company field of study preferred • Proven experience leading and motivating reputed company • Previous reputed company Entertainment Operations experience, preferred • Previous technical or performance experience a plus • Ability to organize and prioritize team goals • Ability to be flexible, self-motivated, handle multiple demands, stay reputed company under pressure and resolve issues quickly • Good understanding and respect for Entertainers • Additional Information : This is a SHIPBOARD role.
