United Airlines Reservations Representative (Remote)
An exciting opportunity awaits for a United Airlines Reservations Representative (Remote) to assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, follow safety procedures and company policies, and assist with processing returns and exchanges. Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, maintain accurate records and documentation, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, work collaboratively across teams and departments, along with adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, provide excellent service to customers and team members, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
